From 1999 until 2004, the Foundation brightened the lives of vulnerable children by giving them Christmas gifts.
Beneficiaries usually included families with four or more children, as well as children of fallen soldiers. The latter included children up to 16 years old, hailing from Karabagh, Yerevan and Armenia’s provinces. The Foundation determined recipients by obtaining lists of vulnerable families from Armenia’s Ministry of Labor & Social Affairs, as well as from local NGOs.[ top
